[gong] So we are gathered here, many of you on the meditation retreat and in the style of the Thai Forest tradition, and we gather together to listen to Dhamma and to meditate along with it.

So having Dhamma talks is a, you could say, a big part of this Thai Forest tradition.

In the Ajahn Chah Memorial every January, maybe many of you have been on the night of the 16th, uh, January.

Then at about after evening chanting, about 9:00 PM, then the Dhamma talks will begin.

And so they will start from then.

Maybe each monk might give an hour talk, and then gradually m- ha- uh, the monks, after the first few monks, then they'd give about a half an hour talk.
