But then do you wanna, do you wanna build on that? Like, yeah, like what are your best customers doing in terms of integrations into CRM? And maybe just explain for listeners how it works and why it's so important.
23:49
Yeah.
23:49
We tend to work with a lot of clients who use HubSpot, and HubSpot has all the integrations, everything possible.
23:55
That's great.
23:56
But you know, if you have Salesforce and you have Microsoft Dynamics, those are all the ones that really integrate with LinkedIn.
24:02
If you don't have one of those, then zapier.com integrates in, into everything as well.
24:07
And it'll definitely integrate with your CRM.
28:53
Do you have any observations around organic LinkedIn, and is there any benefit to have a strategy that supports it? Is it, what are your best-performing clients kinda doing with organic as it relates to probably by itself but also as it relates to how it connects in with the ad platform?
21:24
But I think this tool was designed for prospecting, but, I mean, how would you go about using this to find collaboration partners then?
21:31
I agree with you.
21:31
I think this was designed for the Sales Navigator product, which is meant for outreach, uh, and then LinkedIn was like, "Well, hey, we might as well make this available to everyone 'cause it's gonna be universally helpful." So I, I, I, uh, I support it.
21:44
I approve.
21:44
I think it's a really cool feature.
21:46
For you to actually go out and start using it, I think you probably wanna think about, like maybe even use your own profile as a, as a case study here.
21:54
You think about, like how do you want people to try to find you, and go and concentrate on writing your a- your profile in a way that really you're not trying to just take like specific keywords and specific orders like, you know, we've been trained by HR departments to do.

So this is an incredible opportunity, I think, to lean into, okay, what, what is actually helping me reach new people? AJ, how do we interpret the difference between content that performs well in-network versus out-of-network? Like, should we be all thinking about both, or should we be all trying to make the stuff that mostly reaches out-of-network?

It never works." And other people say, "I get the most reach ever on the weekend." Or do you feel like good content's gonna get out there, and it doesn't matter?
36:33
Boy, I would love to do this, you know, some kind of an analysis to figure this out.
36:37
Uh, but there's just no good A/B test way of figuring out the right time of day.
36:43
Um, what I f- have found over time is, like, uh, in order to get my content to the majority of the people in the time zones that I, I talk to, usually I...

in the US, I try to go earlier in the morning and make sure that Europe can see it, um, you know, all of the North America sees it.I find that it's harder to get attention on Mondays and Fridays, so I try to keep my posts on Tuesdays and Thursdays if I can or, you know, Wednesday in between.
37:08
Uh, I, I try to keep posts that are business-related during the week, and if I've got something non-business related, weekends work well.
37:15
But this is just me shooting from the hip.

But at the same time, you can still go live quickly, quote, "by scheduling events just minutes ahead." So I mean, I know that LinkedIn requires a third-party tool to go live, so it's hasn't really been a whip out your phone wh- at a, while at a conference type of platform, right? But why, why do you see them doing this? Where, where would this even come from? Does this give us a signal that they want us all to be planning ahead more?

So, uh, like how far should brands go, do you feel like, with first name, job title, company level personalization before it potentially starts [chuckles] to feel invasive instead of relevant?
13:44
I think that's the right question.
13:45
Uh, you know, I got really excited when I heard this feature was coming out because I ran a test where I was targeting just very specific companies, and I would make sure to use the company name inside the ads that are meant just for one company, and I would get 10 times the click-through rate.
14:00
It was insane.
14:01
So I went, "Ooh, this is exciting." Like, give us this ability to do a- across all of our ads.
14:07
So immediately I start including company name, and I get almost no lift out of it.
14:12
So I, I was like, okay, well, let's try first name.
