I do remember flying over for the trials for the ultimate fighter.

I had a friend with me at the time and I remember I had been on a trip a couple of months before I'd flown over for the tough trials and I had torn my MCL in my knee so it was tricky and there was kind of grappling matches that they set up and I remember thinking at the time like I'm probably just gonna have to pull guard and try and submit people And I remember at the time, I can't remember how many little matches that I'd set up, but I remember I won three of them by submission anyway.

And every time you won one of the trial matches by sub, you got $100.

So I came away with $300 in my back pocket for that one.

Probably three armbars, to be honest.
