Given your background, your backing rather, from the US-India Science and Tech Endowment Fund and your background with Hyperloop India, how do you see international defense partnerships evolving under these new federal guidelines?
3:40
right and that's a very interesting question because you know one of the earliest supporters for us was the bilateral program between us and india and with this directive what is very important is that the moment this was announced even dow announced how they're going to you know put in 200 million dollars into quantum sensing with the timeline of september 2028 so now we actually have a timeline that we have to adhere to and actually put out technologies for commercial and military use cases.
4:10
With such a strict timeline, you want the US allies and partners to sort of come together and help in any way possible, whether it's on the manufacturing side, whether it's on the IT side, whether it's on the algorithmic side.
4:24
Whereas US has all the advantages on the material side, on building these quantum technologies, because they have been the pioneer of this entire field for the last 50, 60 years.
4:35
But there are other countries where they have spent a lot of money on their IT services, on their AI services.
4:42
And that's where it makes a lot of sense to get all of these allied partners together and sort of come together and solve a problem that's very important.
4:52
And in this way, US ISTF has been a very good partner.

So how do you approach capital allocation and milestone pacing when you're dealing with deep tech development cycles and seed rounds and things like that?
