So what got you involved in cricket then, Aisha?

My whole family is into cricket.

My dad, my brother, now my husband, my sons.

It's been something that's been in my life, you know, since I was a child.

But, you know, predominantly I only saw my dad or my brother or my, you know, I never really saw like any females in my family playing cricket.

It was probably just to fill in when they were fielding in the park, you know, when you play family matches or something like that.

It was never something that was taken seriously.

Do you want to say something about the challenges that you faced, Aisha? Because it may be helpful for others to know, you know, the tough stuff, the hard things that you've had to kind of face up to or overcome yourself in your kind of journey as a cricket coach.
