I think it all kind of ultimately goes hand in hand.

I think if you look after your nurses and give your nurses that opportunity to have a voice and to feel that they're in control of their own destiny and that they have an opportunity to show what they've got.

I think Adrian has described that we discovered so many potential leaders, so many sparkling lights that may not have been seen otherwise before.

And I think giving our nurses a voice in that opportunity automatically gave them that opportunity at the same time that augmented the opportunity for them to be able to improve the care that they were giving they were able to to to develop themselves both professionally and personally because so many shy girls were in the background girls and boys are in the background and they got this opportunity to have a voice and be heard and i think you know when you're working in busy health care and particularly at the time that we were doing this when people were They were hurt, they were broken.

So many people had so many different experiences through the pandemic, again, both professionally and personally, that I think this gave people that opportunity.

It gave us a roadmap and it gave people, you know, that voice.

It has become, in Áine's words, one of the most powerful.
