one thing that i mean the color is just gorgeous painting are the shadows.

Tell me about that.

I find that the shadows are what I love and being in the mountains you would know that the light changes so quickly it's so fleeting it can be so if you don't capture it which I do with a photograph right at that moment You've lost it.

But I feel the shadows anchor the drawings.

And the dark background sort of allows the flowers to come forward.

But I love washing the shadows and creating them.

And then I layer with watercolour pencil.
