So how does one actually do that, though? It sounds great on paper, but when you're in the thick of it, right, how do you actually take a step back, take a deep breath, and do this? Do you have any tools or things for a leader to possibly catch his breath, so to speak?

yeah a leader has to absolutely like understand that they have to stake themselves in to catching their own breath and what i mean by that or they need to hire somebody who can help them stay on point with that because it's really about holding balance and when i say balance i'm not using it and like the you know like the forte of the word so to speak what i'm saying is that we have an operating system a human operating system that has been grotesquely ignored and it's been grotesquely ignored in business for years and potentially centuries now, right? And so now that technology is moving as fast as it is, we have to understand our own operating system and how to engage that.

And so that we are able to take decisions and lead with clarity versus confusion and chaos.

It also allows us to improve our resilience.

So that means we're responsible now as leaders at a far greater level than I believe we ever have been before.

And that means that we have to be responsible for holding ourselves in check.

So, you know, the things that are important to us in life, you know, like friends and family, if we continue to bypass those things, we're only going to have more destruction.
