Um, I think there's a couple of different things that you can do, and some of it we've, um, you've had mentioned, uh, on your show previously.

So if you're looking at your resume and you're looking at your cover letter and you haven't used words from the job description that indicate that that's an area of, um, expertise or, um, a, a some sort of skill area that you have, you're missing an opportunity because the faster you scan, the faster someone like me looks at something, the more likely we are to land on words that we recognize, and the words that we recognize are the ones in the job description because that's what we've been working on for the last three weeks.
