So to come back to, to why that would be that we would consider this survey the, the most comprehensive but also this unique survey, what are the key elements, Agnès?

Well, first of all, it's, uh, comparative, and I think it's at the heart of the survey.

We started the survey with an idea that it was a tool for many member states that we were developing.

So we've been looking at how to measure working conditions which wouldn't, uh, in question, which wouldn't address like national legislation or which wouldn't be too specific to an occupation or a country.

So we basically, um, the way to do this was to think what's universal? And what's universal is health.

And we've used a lot of the work that has been, uh, taken on on work and health.To develop our questions so that we had, um, somehow a thermometer that would be more or less comparable.

And then we invest a lot in the quality, uh, of the survey in Eurofound, and that's what makes it very different.
