Uh, there, there are some, uh, access that you need to ensure that they exist.

Um, I remember when I start, uh, when I started looking into sites and, and, and entering the sector, I found out there's a graveyard of failed projects wh-which failed on one of these access.

So you need to be very aware, aware of what these are.

The first one is, everyone knows, is power, and power is twofold.

Power is access to power, that's number one, but also is access to energy.

But I do think the way the build-out unfolded in the US, you know, NDAs, backroom deals, no transparency, um, uh, uh, from, from some of the wealthiest country, you know, we-wealthiest companies in the world just trying to, to ram these projects through, I do think that has bred some of the, the backlash that we're seeing.
