So what makes sense to you?

So I've spent a lot of time thinking about AI and pricing.

So mostly it was self-preservation.

So a couple of years ago, I was, you know, just kind of dabbling and I started thinking through like, this is going to replace management consulting.

And that was when AI was like moving at a snail's pace.

And so kind of got obsessed with just getting ahead of it, really, so that I could understand where I fit, how I could create value for my clients as it evolved.

And so actually, I use a very specific structure that I use in my framework for consulting.

What am I typing into chat GPT? How am I going to get promoted?
