So perhaps you could enlighten everyone listening to what's Chichester got going for it.

Well, I think we do have an extraordinary environment.

And I think one of our challenges is it is really diverse.

You know, we have our culture and the enterprise of the city and the wider district.

And in terms of the culture, we have the well-known Chichester Festival Theatre.

We have our own Novium Museum.

We have the Palland House Gallery, which attracts visitors nationally.

the assets that you've described from historic to modern day and I'm sure nobody would have expected Rolls-Royce to be based in Chichester you've got all of that and you've got sunshine it's just not fair is it it's not fair that's me as a Lancastrian but there we go and so I guess Where are then the big opportunities for Chichester and indeed the challenges because I'm sure obviously you've painted that very bright picture and it is a bright picture but I guess within all of this what's holding the place back or what might be your future concerns for you?
