Adrian ClearyGUEST
Yeah, so one of the six standards for Pathway to Excellence is shared decision making and This is kind of new to us in Ireland, where we have sort of very traditional hierarchies and more form, you know, we're organized in a very formal way.

Adrian ClearyGUEST
It's about giving voice to all nurses and indeed MDT colleagues, because a big component of Pathway is the interdisciplinary team.

Adrian ClearyGUEST
So what that is in terms of implementation means the development of councils, which are greenhouse.

Adrian ClearyGUEST
I describe them as greenhouse spaces where new ideas can emerge, where you can give voice to everybody on the team.
