Can you talk us through a little bit more about that sort of what you've got, what you've done in the past and what you've got sort of coming up at the moment?

Yeah.

So what we, when we started trying to find our first project, let's say, let's find a first project that we're going to start working on.

And from my previous experience in practice, I got some good experience in navigating the planning process.

Also the design aspect as well and whatnot.

So I was kind of a bit knowledgeable.

to that, to some extent.

Once you've got that trusted team of people coming in to do the projects, you want to keep it in a certain area until you go national and blow the doors off.
