How and you kind of clued us in a little bit, but how do you teach leaders and folks just starting out to really align social purpose and bottom line profitability so that they're not just two separate things, but they really are together?

To me on your balance sheet, show your impact to me on your balance sheet.

I'm not, I'm not, naive to the fact that doing business in our community oftentimes come with an extra burden.
