So, um, the coaching, the coaching industry, the ADHD coach- coaching industry, um, is moving very, very quickly and growing quickly.

So coaching as, as a profession began probably in the '90s, I would say, early '90s.

Um, and then, um, the ADHD coaching came after that, when we noticed that the traditional coaching model wasn't always, wasn't really working for people with ADHD.

So we had to add this whole ADHD lens to it, right? Um, so I mean, you know this, but for your listeners, ADHD coaching is, is a true profession that requires a lot of education, a lot of training, um, and a lot of competencies.
