So give us some background on this, Adel.
13:48
Well, before, because of problems faced by the Russians uh government or authorities to recruit people from around the world like from jordan ghana india and iraq and the problems they faced with with their governments and now they at the beginning they excluded to a certain extent the people of the north caucasus but when other venues or other ways were closed in front of them or blocked, I would say, they started looking back to the North Caucasus and they wanted now to recruit people from different nations of the North Caucasus, especially the Circassians, because in regard to Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov started supporting Russian ambitions and plans since the beginning, but maybe with a later stage with less activities.
15:03
Now, in regard to Khalid Karaf, and as Paul said, his son Noureddine was going or traveling to Moscow to to see or to visit some relatives there.
15:24
And after a few months, they did not hear anything from him.
15:28
And they started, his father, Khaled, started looking for him, started asking.
15:34
He asked his relatives and people there in Moscow whether they saw him or not.
15:39
They said, no, they did not see him.
