So before you did it, I mean, you had House of Adana, which has over 300,000 um followers right and who are simply just yourself right sharing about women's health sharing about your personal life as well which people would you know really identify with and then to move into such a transition of you're going into the public space people people probably want to do that but there's there's that reserve of how is this going to change my image do i need to become a different person How have you been able to navigate that and what advice would you give to women who want to go on a similar career path but are a bit reserved?

I'm going to speak very honestly about the struggles.

And I think that, you know, vulnerability or authenticity is in fact where the learning is.

Because hearing you talk to me about this positioning sounds to me like I've hacked it.

But when I know that every, like when I know deep down that, oh, I'm still figuring it out, it just really goes to show that, Nobody really completely has it figured out.

And one must just keep moving.

You know, the only the surest way to then get to where you want to be is by moving.

right so if someone for instance is just really good at um putting material together to help businesses they just are interested in people's businesses it's tied to a calling maybe for consulting or structuring and people just need to be able to keen to that so i'm glad that you said this and people can sort of use this as a guide to okay so this is my why but let's now go into more like your personal so in 2014 you and your husband did this video dancing to Afrobeats and it was such a huge moment of virality, right? I'm trying to imagine what inspired you guys to do that and did you sort of foresee at the time that this was going to be huge because it felt like that was going to be the moment from that moment everything else just it took off your your digital presence became so massive from a video right and and i think a more important question to ask is not to say that other people didn't have similar videos what was it
