So I've been doing, you know, retirement planning and tax planning for individuals, gosh, going back now 26 years.

And so having my own company for the last 12 years, they don't prepare you as an entrepreneur to be extremely organized with processes, procedures, systems.

Going back about, you know, close to five, four to five years ago is when I should have hired an operational support, a COO.
