How does that philosophy shape the way Parabolous approaches growth in the relationships we build with our clients?
13:16
Yeah, no, absolutely.
13:19
A lot of alternative lending or private lending, which we fall into private lending, is based upon an initial thesis of quick access to cash, a band-aid to a short-term problem, but Typically, it's a long-term problem, and the band-aid is not fully encompassing the issue.
13:42
So what we really try to do here is work with our borrowers before they become borrowers, and then, of course, when they're borrowers, to really understand what does the company look like today, and then furthermore, where do you want to be next year and in 24 months, and how do we sit into that equation And it's about a spirit of proactiveness.
14:07
When you're proactive in communicating with your lender, the senior lender like we are, we have the ability to pivot quickly and to make adjustments to help our clients in times of need or in times of greatness.
14:21
When you take the approach of being reactive, It really tightens that ability and furthermore closes that window of how we can help in the time frame we can help.
14:32
And so we really try to separate ourselves here by being proactive, not reactive, and that's in establishing the relationships of our borrowers and companies.
