... or they have different takes on the same styles.

For example, a Southern German versus, like, a Northern German pilsner, right? So there's just, like, so much with it.

Then you go into the historical si- styles that may not be as prevalent or, like, they're isolated to certain geographical areas now, only brewed by sometimes maybe one or two breweries.

If you're going into, like, I'm not trying to harp on IPAs 'cause I, I love an IPA once in a while, but the diversity there comes from East to West Coast, your ABV range, and then, like, what are you using-

Right? So it's just, like, the same cleaning practices, the same, like, you know, obviously diastol test, the same fermentation unless you're tweaking something.

All these things, same packaging processes, and we use Northern Canning, which is always really great with their CIP and stuff like that.
