And I think maybe there is this relationship actually between boundaries and resilience that actually if you have boundaries, you know, that we're talking about, you know, in kind of like our sort of, day-to-day life but if you if your boundaries are clear it's much easier to be resilient because you've because you can hold this energy for yourself that that protects you and looks after you without it becoming a kind of barrier or or becoming overwhelmed by other people's needs and that is also part of resilience is not being overwhelmed
