What we decided to do was break away from that brokerage just because it became a little more expensive for us to be able to have to pay those splits at that high volume.

not with the intention at all of recruiting agents actually to the brokerage, but just having a lower cost operating model for us.

But it very quickly, other agents outside of our own brokerage saw what we were doing.

They saw our numbers and started calling us asking if they could be part of the brokerage.
