So tell us a little bit about catfish and how this came about.

Absolutely.

Yeah.

And I'm glad that you brought that up because that that definitely is a historic staple when you think about Oklahoma in general.

So at one point in time in history, just to set the record straight, Oklahoma actually had the largest amount of black towns in the United States.

And at one point in time, back in the 1920s, everyone has probably heard of at this point in time, Black Wall Street, you know, this was a bustling, booming area of, you know, Black pride and, you know, people that are really truly looking to uplift their families and start business and become entrepreneurs and become farmers and become sharecroppers and become, you know, in the bit of culture in the winology business.

There are some, you know, tiebacks to Oklahoma back in that day when it comes to the wine business as well.
