Can you tell me sort of how did you make this decision? What was going on in your mind that you're like, okay, I'm going to basically go back to school in my 40s and pursue this line of advanced education? Like what inspired you to make that sacrifice?

So I think like, I don't know, I don't come to training via like the traditional route.

And it wasn't until much later that I got into fitness and started a career in in personal training for like 20 years and always wanted to be kind of like a one-stop shop for people, but circumstances just made it untenable.
