And today we're going to talk about where are we? What is the Nessie Conference? How long have you been part of this? What's your role? And how has this really changed? How has the Nessie community helped evolve your company and your staff?
0:53
Yeah, good morning.
0:54
So glad to be here.
0:57
So let's see.
0:57
I think it was maybe 2007 or 8 that was my first year here at Nessie.
1:05
And I remember it vividly.
1:07
I was wearing magenta shoes.

Can you describe what an embodied training is or how New Frameworks is using embodied trainings?
6:05
Can you just tell us a little bit about you for now? I'm Ace.
6:10
I started in the trades when I was in my early 20s.
6:14
I started in the Bricklayers and Allied Crafts Workers Union, actually out in California.
6:19
I was working in both residential and commercial construction.
6:24
And it was really an interesting and important way to enter the trade, seeing that side of things, seeing what it looks like to be on the team, coming up through the union and through those trades on those different types of job sites in that kind of an urban area.
6:40
So that sort of set me up to really have a passion for what it felt like to, you know, wake up every morning and contribute to something with your hands that you can see at the doing that.
6:54
So I learned a lot.

And then I just wanted to check in later if there's any updates there.
