um tell me a little about that did you write a story first and then it became a screenplay or did you have a first draft and how did that change by the time you got it to a finished film

yeah so um when i originally wrote it um it was about i would say about eight years ago i actually wrote it and it was gonna be like versus gonna be like a little short for youtube um just about you know friends and you know being like first it was just about friends and that one friend was obsessed with the other friend um not too much like how i started developing it um because like i said i was hearing stories from people and all that i was like well i'll make it into a youtube video like that it'd be pretty cool back then and from there um i you know people liked it people were really liking it and i you know started said okay well maybe i could turn this into something more so i developed it into more of a a proof of concept so I could enter into film festivals.

And when I developed that, you know, it started coming, like I started forming it more, developed the stories behind Samantha and Hannah.

I developed it a little bit more.

I actually use a little bit more of like of Natalie's story because Natalie is also, she's a singer herself.

so i like when i learned that from her and all that i add that to the character so then it could be more easier for her to be able to play and understand the character too as well so i was hearing you know how each of the actors were so i can kind of like develop a little bit of themselves into the characters too just so then you know they can relate to it a little bit um So then basically from there, I made that proof of concept.

That proof of concept came out.

and she does um Is that kind of what her role in the film is, a stabilizing force for Hannah?
