You've got to get everything else right as well.

Yeah, I mean, I talk about this a lot just because it's a personal passion.

And we have scar tissue to actually learn when you're trying to create a purposeful business or you're becoming a purpose-driven leader.

you have to come to terms with a lot of questions.

Now, before I give this answer, I think it's important to preface this to say purpose is still, I think it's necessary, but if not necessary, it's important.

Because when I first went to business school about two decades ago, The idea was almost that business is business and life is life.

And I think this was even more prevalent before that.

And that answers, partly answers my next question, but I wonder if there's anything beyond that as well with how do you, with your ambitious goals and breaking them down, how do you bring your team with you on that? What does it take to make your vision, your big ambition a shared one?
