And they're trying to do something.

Maybe they're trying to raise capital, maybe they're trying to acquire a company, maybe they're trying to take on a strategic partnership.

As soon as you are a master, you know how to do it and things just come to your way.

So typically you're a one, two-man, uh, woman person driving this business.

At some point you get tired.

The founder gets distressed, not the business necessarily, but that then plays with each other.

And, uh, usually this happens in every 10, 15, 12 years.

There's a cycle where tiredness creeps in, other opportunities come in.

Life cycle, your own life changes.
