What is the role of educational professionals there in providing this support?

Yeah, that's a really good question, and one that is a big, um, I call it kind of meeting the system where it is.

Um, if I had it in what I believe would be the best situation, um, would be having a mental health, early childhood mental health consultant on call on, like, once every, you know, week that you meet with them and kinda go over kiddos that need support.

I think that would have the biggest impact.

I think that that would, you know, s- put out all these little fires versus waiting for a huge engulfment.

Um, but that's not how the system works.

And you know, I look at, like, kind of your- Courses and the things that you've done to really try to help support teachers in that, and it's finding the providers and the centers that can, one, understand the need for it.

But if we genuinely wanted to become a sector, so early childhood education, if we wanted to become a sector that truly valued children's mental health as well as teachers' mental health, where should we start?
