Probably the biggest one to be inclusive of users who are blind or low vision would be to include alt text, as Caitlin mentioned earlier.

Alt text is a description that lives kind of underneath the photo or behind the scenes for those of us who are sighted and is accessed through screen reader technology for users who are blind.
