telling a secret
26:52
yeah sorry it's a secret it's very I would say it's very rare that men have the outlook and husbands have an outlook like the two of you do to support us to support your wife like that's a very rare concept I would say in the relationships that I see even like for a woman who maybe you really desire that and want that but it feels what if like you're getting the response of oh but I am I'm making all this money for you and blah blah blah then like I would almost challenge you to Take time and figure out how you can start having joy and start like building who you are and see if it doesn't change things.
27:30
See if like he comes home and he's like, well, I blah, blah, blah.
27:34
And you just don't even let it get to you.
27:36
You're like, oh, OK, yeah, here, here's this.
27:38
See if like those kind of and you finding your peace and fulfillment.
27:44
elsewhere and not being codependent for everything with him has to be right for everything to me, for me to be right.

56:27
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
11:56
That's a good point
11:56
... just from the outside, like I've seen a lot of more women getting involved in hands-on parts of the craft, and I love to see that.
12:06
The strength of women is insurmountable really, and-I think sometimes we sell ourselves short thinking, whether you are thinking it consciously or subconsciously, that you're incapable of meeting the strength that needs to be in play when you're swinging a hammer or a chisel or whatever.
12:25
Every time Hard Rocks comes around and I see more women involved, it makes me excited to see their strength come through and the confidence that I think that that gives.
12:34
Like, every time you learn to use a new tool, you know, even in my personal life, I learned how to use a saw at home, it makes me feel stronger and a lot more capable.
12:42
And every time the women are out there showing off their skills, I watch Heather with her projects, like going from the first time she was there all the way through, and how each one is getting more detailed and more refined.
12:55
And, uh, this year, my coworker Lydia, she went for the first time, and watching her be able to start learning a lot of that stuff, you know, it gets you excited for doing different things and learning that you, you are capable of more than you realize.
