It seems like a massive, massive project.

Fortunately, I come from a background where I'm used to working with hundreds of students, parents and teachers.

I was at a New York City public high school for many years before I came to NWF.

So I was used to the system of recruitment and working with scheduling and things like that.

But what really happens is that there's already built relationships through the program over the years.

So there's a whole outreach list.
