And while you're in that role, make friends, make lifelong contacts, learn as much as you can, talk to as many people as you can, network, fellowship, like all of those things, because each step matters when you get to the next one.

I'm

Abby Klassen.

I am the outgoing Dentsuit Creative CEO and the incoming Tenuity CEO.

I've been involved in New York Wiki for a while.

In fact, I led all the fundraising for Matrix starting in 2020, which was quite a year to lead fundraising for Matrix.

So New York Wiki has a really good big place in my heart.

I think to be a woman in media today, honestly, to be anyone in media today is to be really hungry to learn and to grow because we are facing so much change in this industry that I think you have to actually think about your career in multiple chapters.
