So I have been, I'm going to try to shorten this down.

I've been working in real estate for over 25 years at this point, but I've done other work as well.

And I folded a couple of things together to do what I'm doing now.

So my background is in art.

So what do we do at this point? Are we buying the land outright and hoping we get it approved for development? Or are you putting up a deposit and then having the option to purchase upon development approval? How do you go about acquiring land? the land
