And I said, "Hey, what does the permit say and, and what are the boundaries? 'Cause I'm not, you know, I'm not seeing any boundaries." And he said the permit, you know, was wide open.

So I kept going and the water must have been higher, 'cause there's, uh, this concrete dam, but I floated like right over it.

And then there's a bunch of concrete pillars, the dam, and then there's this river that comes in, and on the map, I don't think it really looks that way, right? So I realize like, "Oh, crap.

There's a, there's just a river coming in." And then I saw a bridge up the way, so I went up, fished that bridge.

Caught one bass off that bridge, couldn't get another bite, and decided to, uh, keep going for whatever reason.

Um, and around that corner and up the bend, there was a, the most beautiful current spot you, you'd ever seen.

You thought you were gonna pull up and be like, same cast, catch 10, like, type thing.
