So what is your take on the differences between the, the final rule that was issued and the original proposal?

Yeah.

And I-- If I can just take a couple of seconds to say, a-a-and one thing Maggie didn't mention at the outset, but listeners should know, is that I was one of the negotiated rule makers at the table when this rulemaking was ongoing.

I represented private nonprofit universities and institutions at the table.

But most of the things you just said, we made those arguments at the table.

A-and I've made them in writing.

We submitted, you know, requests for the department to be thoughtful about them Uh, and I completely agree.
