The Mishanayim Zayin Amralov says that one is not Kavir Shulia and the Prosh is Drachim.

Aaron KahnGUEST
Rashi says, because of the derch of the menachashim to bury it in the proshes drachim, in order that we shouldn't have any more hapolis.

Aaron KahnGUEST
Rashi in the next Libra Maskel, dark and miry, says, dark and miry, neichush, it's an omen, v'ksiv, it says in the posik, v'lo y'sa sechem ha'sem.

Aaron KahnGUEST
So Rashi brings the posik, v'poshes m'shpotim, that says, And that is the issue of Darkei Emayri.

Paschim is that one who is Mevashil Basar, Bechalev Becholav Mesa, or Becholav Shchuta, milk that came from a dead or gishachtan animal, is potter, and if you eat it, you do not get Malkis for eating Basar Becholav.

Aaron KahnGUEST
The Gemara in Chul and Kuf Yirgim Lama Beis learns this out of the Paschik of Loise Vashil Gadi Bechalev Yimayit.

Aaron KahnGUEST
And Rashi explains that the ima is one that is capable of becoming a mother, and not when she is shechted, when she is not capable of becoming a mother anymore.

Aaron KahnGUEST
Reb Kiva Eger in Hagoi Shulchan Orch, in Pei Zayin, has a suffix, what is the halacha of the Cholof from a Bas Pekua, if it is called Cholof Shechuta, because the mother was Shechted already, and it is considered like the Bas Pekua is Geshochten, and does not need a Hetesh Shechuta, or do we say that no, since the Bas Pekua is capable of being a mother, and it does not have the meat of Chalei Vimoi, that is not really to be a mother, because it could be a mother, therefore it has a din of Cholav.
