that? Yeah, I love this question also, because one of the things that I find fascinating about healthcare is it's usually a couple decades behind every other industry in America, when we think about things like this, of like using data to identify like an experiment to run, to see if we can do something different, you know.
A

Retail industry has been doing that for decades and healthcare is just really starting to build that muscle.

And so what I like to do is say like, where have we seen it work already? So a great example that's true in lots of places in the country is a lot of people figured out a while ago that diabetic patients are very expensive because if you don't manage it proactively, they just get sicker and sicker, you know, they might have to have an amputation um their diabetes can cause lots of other comorbidities and so they're actually pretty good you know as you say like wrap around services we have a diabetes education program we have nutritionists that we you know provide for diabetic patients we do that out in the community and we go to places where you know people don't have good access to care we will send you know diabetes education There's specialists out there to do classes for them.

And so then what I try to do is say, okay, then where's the next place we want to try and replicate that? Like, where's another patient population or a specific population? disease where we think an opportunity like that could exist.

And our clinicians are really great at identifying those opportunities as well and kind of pitching like, here's where I think we should focus our time.
