Tell me about the competition scene.

I've heard a lot of people talk about other barbecue restaurants, and I don't want to bash them because I don't think any of them are necessarily bad, but I think it's a good, healthy competitiveness that we all have to try to be the best.

And I think there's going to be always more, and there's going to be new ones, and there's I think it's something that's always going to make barbecue the best because who doesn't who competes over anything else other than barbecue? I think it's just one of those things that people love to try different places and notice the differences from every restaurant that they go to.

What's the most amazing thing that you've witnessed with regard to community that happened around barbecue that Dickie's was in the middle of and that you still think about it today?

I think what we do for our first responders and the Eagan community especially, we do a lot of people donate to the we call it a first responders fund kind of and it's vicky's team we're paying for these things so we can help our community police officers or anything like that that kind of benefits them in the right way and i think just helping out this area our high schools our people these communities and it's just been nice to be a part of it
