What does that actually mean? And what are the first controls you put in front of a clinical AI tool today before anything's perfect? Yeah.
13:28
It's a great question.
13:29
And I admit here, Chris, from a background of being a pure play technologist, I recognize, you know, I kind of have the vision of moving fast and trying things and adjusting those things.
13:41
And, you know, there's a certain degree of that kind of... entrepreneurship that you can't do in healthcare, right? We can't, you know, ship new drugs and try them out really rapidly and see what, you know.
13:51
So I understand that maybe the kind of perspective for a long time of how pure play software development works is just not going to work in healthcare.
13:59
But I think there's actually some, some interesting kind of parallels for almost my entire career.
14:06
There was a long kind of drawn out conversation on agile software development.

thank you for that so kind of last one is we land here if you're going to be advising a health system leader on the single move to make this quarter towards governing AI responsibly, what would you tell them? And what is it specifically that you think that they can do that will put them in a better position coming out of this quarter? Because Lord knows what we're going to be dealing with in the next one.
22:46
And frankly, I think organizations need to... buckle down on those types of skills and get closer to their customers than they ever had them before because it's those interpersonal communication and relationships that you establish that are going to thrive moving forward because the barrier to entry into markets is collapsing.
23:10
I think you're right on the money there.
23:11
And I love that feeling, maybe cheeky or not.
23:14
I think what you're describing to those parents really resonates.
23:17
I was at a a CTO dinner up in Boulder, Colorado, where I'm from originally.
23:22
And one of the things, one of the CTOs said that it was cheeky, but there was a little ring of truth to it.
23:29
His supposition, his wild idea, what if the end game of all this is so many of the skills of the last century, the engineering, the kind of mechanical design, all these things are truly more kind of taken on by the machine.
