Yeah, so I think with anything, a lot of people share their cash flow goals.

It's one of the first things when people ask, hey, what's your goal? It's, well, I want to make $10,000 a month in passive cash flow so I can leave my job.

My first question and response is usually, by when? When do you want that by? And most people don't have an answer to that.

And so for us, it actually became pretty clear that we had three children in the course of 25 months.

So we have a four year old daughter now and we have two year old twin boys.

And that completely changed our lives in every possible way, especially including financially.

And I'm really looking forward to hearing more about that.

... anyway, around the team, so we hired, uh, Bailey Fate, who's a also Action Academy member.

He runs a construction administration company, and they're our owner's rep, so they help as the check and balance with our GC.

She interviewed several GCs, most of whom blew her off and didn't give her the time of day, but we found one who's a total gem.

He's, uh, Tomball, Texas, you know, born and raised, knows the city and all the players.

So he helped us kind of, um, ease anybody's objections around whether we'd be able to get through all the city stuff.

We have our mentors, and then we have Alex and the Rao Room team who helped partner with us to raise capital.
