How has our understanding and management of pancreatic disease evolved over time? So you had mentioned that some of these CFTR modulators are not as helpful for our GI side effects, but what do we know about the potential for regaining pancreatic exocrine function after starting the modulators?
23:56
I think our understanding on diagnosing and treating pancreatic disease, whether it's in CF or not, has unfortunately not progressed a whole lot as much as we're trying.
24:04
But I think we are in an era where we are going to start to see some real progress.
24:08
Lots of institutions, lots of different groups are making some real progress in this area.
24:12
So there will be more to come.
24:13
But as far as the effect of these medications on the pancreas, there is some interesting physiology that I think happens.

But can you expand that in general? So with these modulators, what changes are you seeing in the liver pathology?
