That's getting a tremendous amount of headlines.

Having said that, deals are getting done.

We actually see a really good pipeline going into the next several months kind of across the industry.

The third quarter was the biggest sponsor-generated M&A pipeline of the year of all the quarters.

And then just the case for private equity generally in a rate environment like we have today.
