And in March, the U.S. District Judge who was overseeing this case ruled for the Public Media Coalition, declaring that Trump's executive order was a First Amendment violation and further protected the presses editorial independence with this decision and my point of bringing this up is While I am sorry that we are not receiving federal funds And I believe that was a mistake on the point of Congress the Congress made their decision right people voted the Congress made their decision however the judge found that in fact the executive order of asserting that no public money could go to outlets that the president didn't like.

I'm really glad that our colleagues in Colorado stood up for the constitutional argument against that, and the judge found that that was true.

That's because lawmakers have learned that the program is way over budget.

Medicaid provides healthcare for low-income Coloradans, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

On Thursday, the state's budget chief told lawmakers on the Medicaid commission the program overspent by $158 million last year.
