On this week’s episode we’re talking about how to get your sparkle back… and it’s one of our most personal episodes yet. ❤️✨ There’s plenty of tea spilled in this one, so buckle up, buttercups. 👀 ✅…
a really good way of looking at it.
Camilla in HD.
I think it's hard for me because obviously when you're you, you don't consciously realise when you actually lose your sparkle and it's very hard to pinpoint when it is.
Yeah.
But part of me doing the work was kind of looking back and thinking, when did I actually lose that? And what does losing the sparkle actually look like? And I think for me, it was like, I was way more serious.
Like, I didn't laugh anywhere near as much as I love to laugh.
Like, I love to laugh.
Like, the smile lines are smile lining because I just love it.
But I just noticed that, yeah, I was just very...
Everything felt very heavy.
I wasn't laughing very much.
And it's...
I think that's a big telltale sign.
You know when there's that study that was done on babies.
So babies laugh between 300 and 400 times per day.
And an adult laughs on average of 15 to 17 times.
Like that decrease is crazy.
And that's like...
I think that's crazy, actually, that it's life becomes so serious that it's not hard to lose your sparkle sometimes.
But I've been working hard to get the old sparkle back.
And that's why I actually suggested this episode.
Because I said, like, when I was having to think of what I would want to listen to, it's how to get your sparkle back.
Because when you've lost it, you don't really know how to navigate that.
