498: The 3 Phases of LOVE-LED™ Development

All the stuff you've pulled back from, you're doing it all.

In phase one, you see the system.

In phase two, you feel like the system is against you.

In phase three, you realize the system is the work.

So last episode, I shared two stories with you, Candice and Kim.

Two leaders that started their business with love and calling leading them.

Who each individually, because of the success that they experienced inside of the fear-led system, they eventually hit a rank, got a title, and immediately begun to feel the pressure.

And for Candace, it was the very next day.

She couldn't sleep.

And she even got to a point where she couldn't tell the difference between God's voice and fears, wondering which one was telling her maybe she should walk away.

We named what drives all of this, what's underneath of it for the first time.

Something that I call fear-led growth.

So in the fourth and the final episode of this mini series that I'm doing here on the show, walking you through the foundation of what I call the new work, the new version of love led that I do with leaders today, we're going to do something important.

We're gonna take everything you've learned so far in this series, the order from episode one, Fear Led and Love Led, the four leadership masks from the second episode, and then the third episode where we helped you see the moment that fear took over calling in your journey and caused you to lead from a different place.

And so today I wanna answer one question that many of you are likely asking.

Where am I right now in the journey out of this, out of fear-led growth, out of fear-led leadership, out of the mask? Well, here's what most leaders don't realize, that this journey from fear-led growth to love-led growth actually has a map.

And there are three very distinct phases, what I call the three phases of love-led development, that every leader walks through.

Now, they're not stages that you consciously choose because most of you have already been operating in the first two stages without even realizing it.

And I'll explain that to you today.

But here are the three phases.

Phase number one is when you see the system.

Phase number two, you begin to pull back from the system.

And phase three, you trust a new source.

So by the end of this episode today, you're going to know exactly which phase you're in right now.

Not because I diagnosed you, because you're going to immediately recognize yourself when you hear it.

And here's why that's important.

Once you know where you are, you also know what you need to do next.
