And it's just a conversation that I have seen going on in the menopause, perimenopause space on social media, which this space, if you ask me, it's just gone absolutely batshit crazy.

I think From what I can see, and I'm only seeing some of it, is that it is just people, coaches, supplement companies, all sorts really, just preying on vulnerable people.

People and women, obviously, not just people, women who are going through and entering this transition in life.

But one of the big ones that has just been getting far too much airtime is the cortisol buzz.

And, you know, I've cortisol face and cortisol belly and everyone now is suddenly panicking about cortisol.

And now, of course, there's a supplement to fix your cortisol, to fix your cortisol belly.

And it's all of this kind of shite that's out there is really genuinely putting the fear of God into women in their late 30s and early 40s.

Like I'm what I turned, I think I hit perimenopause 47, 48, which is generally the kind of age that it's, you know, you really start to see the shifts and feel the differences.

But a lot of what people and women are reporting in their early 40s is more life load as opposed to the diagnosis of perimenopause.

And to be fair, most women would be 45, 46, 47, between 45 to 50 before they really start to kind of think, whoa, hold up, something is happening here with regards to my body and my mind.
