Very true.

So you've had lots of side hustles and lots of businesses and things like that, and you've had lots of experiences and lots of learning.

Um, and, and we talked off air earlier about failure-

Mm

... and how some people are scared to say that they've failed in a business or whatever else.

My, my interpretation of the word failed just means first attempt in learning anyway.

[laughs]

So it's not a failure.

It's a learning step to the get to the next stage, shall we say.

And so from that point of view, is there anything that stands out to you that you wish you knew that when you started a business?

Yeah.

I mean, I think we should embrace failure.

Mm-hmm.

I think that some parts of the world are much more open to failing than certainly here in the UK.

In the UK it feels like it's a dirty word.

You know, y- people are ashamed, and we shouldn't feel ashamed.

We should be proud that we've failed, because we've taken the learnings, exactly as you've just said, from those.

Mm-hmm.

And I think that probably the thing that I would... is patience and fail faster.

And obviously those two things completely conflict, so-

Well, I was gonna say, what do you mean by fail faster?

So you, the, the ability to try something and it not work, and realize it's not working-

Right

... and then move on.

But, but what we tend to do as a, as a, you, as humans is the, "Oh, that's not working.
